FYI: Looking through the comments for Genetic Rim, I found a comment dated "July 4" from Khaotix which stated: "Combat Extended has built in compatibility for Genetic Rim"

I guess this means that there is no longer a need for a CE patch like this. I thought I would mention it here because said comment quickly got buried under tons of new comments and because the description for Genetic Rim fails to mentions this.

umm...there is a problem: the new cat hybrids don't seem to be patched( to be exact i got the Rabbitcat manhunter pack and they have no Armor pen. or critical/parry chance

im running combat extended and have the comparability patch installed. it appears that all my paragon animals have no melee armor penetration while normal animals and most hybrid animals do. the mechathrumbo and mecha wold also have 0 melee armor penatration

I tried using this with the genetic rim alpha animals patch and the alpha animals mixes are not patched

Aberrant Fleshbeast has only 1 melee damage, that's too weak as bad experiment went to bio-hazard?

Hallo, kann es sein das der Patch ein Update braucht?
Bei mir zeigt es beim starten des Spiels trotz CE Patch und alle erforderlichen Mods ein fehler an.

Habe jetzt so lange Rumprobiert bis ich den fehler auf Genetic Rim und den Patch runterreduzieren konnte.

I notice that this is only for the base mod, is there a chance that you will patch the 'patches' for let's say alpha animals for genetic rim? Thanks in advance.

Hi there.
I've found a slight problem with the mod today after turning on dev mode.
It seems the mod doesn't actually apply the patches to any of the GeneticRim creatures.
(Errors are thrown when opening the animal's info panel or shooting them with projectiles, and CE combat info is missing from info panel)

I did some digging and it seems in all the patch files the findmod operation is checking for "GeneticRim", but GeneticRim's mod name is set as "Genetic Rim" (with a space) in it's mod name.

I made a local copy and was able to resolve the issue by changing the find mod operation to look for "Genetic Rim" instead. Just a heads up.
