any chance you can update the workshop entry so we have the official page to come to so you get credit and our support? :)
a) the CCOH version of x0_skill_ctrap.dlg in your override folder is overwritten by another mod you've installed,
b) the module you're playing has a hak file attached that contains its own x0_skill_ctrap.dlg
c) the module you're playing contains its own x0_skill_ctrap.dlg
Check whether the CCOH works in one of the official campaigns (Wailing death prelude for example). If it works there it's a), otherwise it's b) or c).
And: the CCOH version here (v4.11) on steam is VERY OLD and OUTDATED. There are better and newer versions (at the moment v6.32) on neverwintervault.org (https://neverwintervault.org/project/nwn1/hakpak/original-hakpak/customize-character-override-hak-ccoh) and on nexus (https://www.nexusmods.com/neverwinter/mods/799/?tab=files) .
This mod solves the reason I started wanting to mod in the first place(Making my guy actually look good). The default armor appearances suuuuuck.
This mod is SO GOOD, btw. It's saved me from so many garish outfits lol
The steam version is outdated.
Alternately, does the horse riding subsystem introduced in 1.69 contain any dialog files? You could override those instead (or in addition to the previous method), which no module except Wyvern Crown of Cormyr is likely to ever interact with.
Some modules will override the dialog file itself, which can always be fixed by editing the offending module and then deleting the x0_skill_ctrap.dlg included within. But that doesn't strike me as a practical solution for most users, especially since it wouldn't impact games in progress.
As far as I know there's no update that breaks the CCOH. Usually the CCOH dialog options don't show up when the CCOH version of the x0_skill_ctrap.dlg file for some reason is not used by the NWN engine. Usually this happens when playing a custom module that uses haks and one of these haks contains its own version of the x0_skill_ctrap.dlg file.Or if there's another mod installed that also contains a version of the x0_skill_ctrap.dlg file. Also it's possible that of the other CCOH files get overwritten by another mod (but as far as I know this has never happened so far).
Also you could try to unsubscribe and install the CCOH manually from https://neverwintervault.org/project/nwn1/hakpak/original-hakpak/customize-character-override-hak-ccoh
When I install https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1666629283 CCOH stop to work, but the other pack are only thieve tools models, have no scripts.
to your Documents\Neverwinter Nights\override folder
I do not know what the workshop does behind the scenes but when I hear that the CCOH has stopped working suddenly and without reason and all the CCOH options are gone then I would blame the workshop for somehow exchanging the x0_skill_ctrap.dlg file.
There really needs to be a mod manager option when you launch the game so you can change the load order of subscribed mods!!!
In any case thanks for uploading this Eilanzer, I have wrote a recommendation on the ACP 4.0 workshop page advising to install this before ACP 4.0 for maximum compatibility!
