this is WAY too big to be a scout, a scout should be smaller and faster as this is HUGE!

But you need to use the bottom left one to load workshop items.

Subscribe then open Terra tech , start a game and click load tech at the bottom left of the screen of if your in creative open the inventory at the mid left of your screen and click the spawn tech icon just to the right of the inventory

Use it by W-S-A-D + Shift to fly Shift being what makes it fly which would be the vertical lift W-S-A-D just to move around in air but its not so good at making tight turns so be aware of that

A plane would be something that is carried by wings with no vertical lift affecting on it exept for the wings which work in a forward motion but sense this thing can yet hover and not have to constantly travel like a plane its not one you would call this one odd heli...

Not that either... I don't see wings carrying the whole creation therefore it has no plane in it sense it cant sustain itself in air without the main vertical lift.
