Alright I've added that to my 50 CS mods for OWB and uploaded a standalone version if you don't want the edits the 50 CS mods do the OWB but just that effect.

cool mod, is it possible to make a mod to fix infrastructure so that the infrastructure level affects construction speed of infrastructure?
in vanilla 4/5 infra makes it so you build the last infra at 1.8x

The problem i have is, i can full the building slots in new vegas with just national focuses. But then the research that gives max factories in a state becomes useless omg

New vegas has 24 before this sub mod now it has 26 with this mod. is that how it supposed to be

I guess you didn't read the description? It details it pretty well.

It changes how many slots some states begin wtih to more match the Wasteland feel of OWB.

What does this mod do?? does it add building slots.

Well the only thing this mod does is change the build slots in a state for use with the 50 construction slots mod.

All of this mods changes are global and not player only.
