You can always demand a refund.

Still 'Beta'? This is 2024 and we haven't seen an update since 2018!
Albrecht 2 Sep, 2023 @ 7:06pm
Great idea!
Imperator of Rome 27 Aug, 2023 @ 2:30pm
It does.
DaMonkey  [author] 27 Aug, 2023 @ 8:06am
I honestly have no idea, I haven't really played the game in a couple of years.
Tunch Khan 27 Aug, 2023 @ 3:06am
Still works?
Zyzyfer 27 Aug, 2023 @ 2:38am
OH! Fudge...people still play CKII 😂
charlesccblelpfe 2 Mar, 2023 @ 4:59pm

Imperator of Rome 18 Oct, 2022 @ 4:09pm
So when are you finishing this mod?
Dan 17 Aug, 2021 @ 2:58pm
I can't get this to work with Vanilla. I noticed it worked with some overhauls, but I just wish it would work with vanilla.
Microfish 25 Feb, 2021 @ 8:48pm
Any way to knight my female commanders (Joan of Arc/the Maid, Schikelgaita, etc?)
Tunch Khan 29 Sep, 2020 @ 5:05pm
Can you also make this compatible with CK3 please? I miss this mod so much.
Chr!s 28 Sep, 2020 @ 5:56pm
Hello, I would just like to say I love this mod and it has made playing CK2 a lot more fun :D

Also, I was wondering if it were possible to make this compatible with some mods? I tried this with after the end and after the end old world and it did not work.

It did however work with Rise of Islam, Middle Mars, Beginning of the End, Western Europe the Winter King, and When the World Stopped Making Sense mods.

Thank you for this mod
Andrew_dererste 19 Jun, 2020 @ 8:29pm
why not add ser instead of sir. just be watchin some GOT and that'd be just as good
LordGeorge 15 Jun, 2020 @ 6:12am
Fantastic work!
Tunch Khan 21 May, 2020 @ 2:15pm
I would think so.
Not Miles Morales 20 May, 2020 @ 7:39am
does this still work?
Sir Dehumanized 9 Nov, 2019 @ 8:28am
Do you plan on changing the Knight title depending on the Religion? Like so where Germanic pagan rulers can appoint people as Berserkers instead of Knights.
Energywelder 23 Jul, 2019 @ 5:20am
I had something like that bug ages ago, except it made everyone insane, GLORIOUS
DaMonkey  [author] 22 Jul, 2019 @ 2:53pm
Sometimes, whenever you load a savegame either with different mods or after a patch, the savegame's traits get messed up. This is because the game assigned number IDs to traits, and in these instances the numbers tied to the traits may change, but the number in the save file doesn't.
woods125 22 Jul, 2019 @ 2:07pm
I turned this mod on and it made me and my three sons "incapable" lol. I have many other mods, but has this happened to anyone else?
Star¤Dagger 9 Jul, 2019 @ 1:03am
Do you need people to write out the text and make the outline of events? I can't code it but I can design it.
Star¤Dagger 28 Jun, 2019 @ 4:14pm
Work faster, more content!

In all seriousness, thank you for making our game better.
Energywelder 24 Jun, 2019 @ 8:25am
Actually it occurs to me, and i'm not asking for this because it'd be insane, that a chivalric order could be a society, and then when the grandmaster joins a crusade, all the other members above rank 1 have to join.

That'd require a massive rework on Paradox's part though :,(
fedcba 24 Jun, 2019 @ 6:44am
Suggestion: what about modifying the warrior societies in order to give a nice +1 on monthly progress to knights and squires?
G.Strategos 10 Jun, 2019 @ 1:11pm
@DaMonkey
Hi,
Have you managed to look into the aforementioned issues other reported?
Cheers!
Dead_Squirrel 5 Jun, 2019 @ 5:38pm
This is perhaps the coolest mod that I didn’t know I needed! Even without being called “sir”, just being a knight or a king with knighted commanders is awesome. I love to Knight my commanders and then assign them children as squires so that i’ll Have an up and coming generation to fill their positions. I can’t tell you how much such a simple mod adds to the depth and flavor of this game. Thank you! I look forward to any updates you may release
Tunch Khan 25 May, 2019 @ 9:01am
Thank you. So far it's working for me while I'm using HIP and a few other mods. Very neat.
G.Strategos 25 May, 2019 @ 5:52am
@DaMoney
Thanks. FYI CK2 3.2 patch is due on May 28.
Cheers!
DaMonkey  [author] 24 May, 2019 @ 5:32pm
@Strategos - I'm (incredibly slowly) working on adding some flavor events and such. I will try to get something out that makes the personal combat buff from the trait more in line with the HF duel multipliers. No ETA on anything.

@Tunch Khan - it works for me on the latest patch, and it shouldn't conflict with anything in HIP so I think it should be compatible with it; however, I can't promise it as I've not tried it myself.
Tunch Khan 24 May, 2019 @ 5:13pm
Does this work with latest patch and is it compatible with HIP? Looks like a very interesting mod.
G.Strategos 19 May, 2019 @ 1:11pm
@DaMonkey Any updates for this?
Cheers!
The Leopard 3 Mar, 2019 @ 7:54pm
is there a manual download for this

BoboMaximus 3 Jan, 2019 @ 2:13pm
@abel1717 But historically you had Muslim knights , The "Furúsiyyah" Muslim chilvery . "Muwashshah" -Moor Knights during the reconquest of Spain http://www.knightstemplarorder.org/muslim-chivalry-templars/

Add line- religion_group = christian
abel1717 18 Dec, 2018 @ 9:24am
Since we got the opinion fix, now. My next question is, "how can we make this knight thing available only for christians?"
abel1717 9 Dec, 2018 @ 5:07pm
By the way, I forgot the elephant in the room: to thank you for sharing this mod with us. It is now in my favorite's list with a thumbs up.
DaMonkey  [author] 8 Dec, 2018 @ 8:32pm
It's not intended, but I hadn't been able to get around to it yet.
abel1717 8 Dec, 2018 @ 8:00pm
When as a ruler I "arrange," I do not get the opinion increased on my subject. Is this the way it is supposed to be, or is it conflicting with another mod?
Energywelder 22 Nov, 2018 @ 8:24am
Ty, i, with absolutely no experience, theorize that traits have certain values associated with them, and the value you previously reserved for squires and/or knights has been reserved now by the vanilla game and pushed other traits randomly out of order making possessed and insane pop up when the game actually meant to give them . . . just or whatever. Like i said, no experience though.
DaMonkey  [author] 19 Nov, 2018 @ 2:08pm
Odd... will look into it when I get the chance
Energywelder 19 Nov, 2018 @ 2:08pm
I guess i have confirmed it's this mod, disabling it and keeping ym other mods in place has resulted in 20 years of relative health and sanity. I had a flu a few years back but a competent court physician warded that off. None of my family has gone insane or possesed.
DaMonkey  [author] 18 Nov, 2018 @ 9:46pm
I have not patched it since the HF update, though I plan to. That does sound like an odd bug, does this not happen when you're not using the mod? I noticed the game being really arbitrary with its negative traits in vanilla HF.
Energywelder 18 Nov, 2018 @ 9:04pm
This is the only mod i own which adds new traits. In my new game with Holy Fury i've been having some weirdo trait things happening. Every 3rd character has lunatic, half of those are also possessed, sicknesses are out of control, like i got flu 3 times in the same year despite the fact there was no outbreaks in my land. I got leper trait like 6 times! I'm abusing the console like a madman trying to keep my custom dynasty alive, but my court is dying like flies. Is this mod compatible with HF?
DaMonkey  [author] 11 Nov, 2018 @ 11:14am
Yeah, the stats from the trait will be greatly changed Soon(tm); at some point after the next expansion's release I'd like to get the new stuff turned out, but time will tell.
Darkstar113 7 Aug, 2018 @ 4:46pm
I feel the General Opinion modifier (+15) is too strong. Maybe +5 would be more reasonable? And also the same trait opinion should be eliminated. I feel it hampers the challenge of gaining vassal loyalties, especially when more than half of your vassals are knights. I like the mod for flavor but it feels like a cheat mod with those buffs. Especially with the cost being somewhat cheap.
DaMonkey  [author] 20 Jul, 2018 @ 12:30pm
@Augustus Dragunov
It should be, yeah.
Alpharion 19 Jul, 2018 @ 10:24pm
Is this compatible with CK2 Plus?
DaMonkey  [author] 12 Jul, 2018 @ 12:31pm
@Blood Red Moon - it is indeed compatable with HIP, at least during the time I played it.

@Delusional_Thomas - this mod will not let you get achievements in Ironman unfortunantly
