Report a translation problem
I've found followers can want to attack them if fighting something else nearby; but I use a Kyne shout that calms, solves the problem. : )
If Hadvar interferes at just the right time, he can actually be killed. His horse flies off into the air and comes back down, minus Hadvar (who is apparently abducted by aliens, as he never comes back from this trip into the sky). Then the game will stall and go no further when Hadvar is supposed to speak to you.
The next thing that can happen is that the Dragonborn's cart can get stuck in the trees when Hadvar's mount forces it off the path.
A couple of times, the cart did manage to make it to the gates, but my cart sat waiting eternally for someone to notice that the all-important prisoners were not present cause the doors were closed. :p
That being said, I'd like to point out a problem that I found. :( When starting a new game, Hadvar's horse is too fast, as is General Tullius' horse. What happens is that Hadvar interferes badly with the Dragonborn's cart, which results in a number of variable glitches. Some of these glitches, unfortunately, result in being unable to proceed with the game. I'll post a second post for the specific glitches, this one's too long.
It would help a lot to, at minimum, have a note to not have the mod operative while creating a new game. I found searching for the cause to be immensely frustrating to the point of near tears.
Thank you for listening, and again, I do absolutely adore the mod otherwise, and I want to repeat firmly how grateful I am for it.
Thanks for your hard work and the wonderful mod!!
