I ran into an issue where my pet died and my heal bot became my pet but it doesnt have bag space and isnt able to go back to town

This is so good - thats how they should have worked from the get go.

Don't know if your mod applies a damage reduction to Gun Bot but I would find that appropriate to compensate for its increased uptime.

Anyways - great great mod, thx !

i rely on my engineer summons, so this mod can be pretty useful for robotics engineers (engineers that mostly use their bot summons)

I am not sur ethis mod works anymore as it's brown on the load order which means it compiled or somehting for aprevious version of torchlight 2. Can anyone help me also it doesn't seem to be working correctly. Summons don't stay they go when I change zones and I can't get more then 1 of any robot other then th emine bots.

I absolutely love this mod, and as far as I can see, I've managed to edit the spiderbots to have their normal cooldown again.

However, how do I edit their duration, so they only last for 14s+skillLevel?
I can't find where to do it in GUTS.

I just made a new engineer and the healbot disappears when i changed zones. FYI, using Regular version

@Anonanon If what you're saying is I'd have to start my game over from scratch and subscribe to a different copy of the mod to use it, score. I'd totally do it. ;)

@Zeinath: I don't mind reinstall TL2 and GUTS, but since I probably don't have the original raw project files, I would have to create a new project and paste in the files but the workshop ID will be different, thus causing workshop problems.

@Anonanon I totally agree. Updates breaking mods is horribly frustrating and annoying. As a former Minecraft server operator, trust me, I empathize with ya, lol. Just figured I'd ask though as it seemed as activity with TL2 modding seems to have waned, and this one was totally my favorite. (just tried to come back to playing last night, and found half my mods wouldn't mod anymore, lol)

Mod won't load in current version of Torchlight II. I'm guessing with how inactive the modding community has been for this game in recent time, safe bet we won't see an update?

I was wondering if you could make this with Engineer and summon spells, in a pack, then maybe add in the beserker and outlander as they have some summons, the embermage too. It's because of the not enough mod space reason :/ kinda annoying. 10 mod limit you know. But that is really the only thing that I think needs to be fixed :)

I'll echo the silencing request for the gunbot - the frequency gives me a headache. Going to have to turn this mod off for now.

@ Felewar, It works with synergies, but the only problem i've had so far is the only summon spell that doesn't go away after teleports is the gun bot (in the Regular version of course).

Thank you, I love this mod - but is there any way to remove the walking/idle sounds from the GunBot?
I actually wish that someone would just make a silence all pet/summon sounds mod.. but I haven't had any luck finding that yet!

The mod is really outdated.
Says its for Version 1.23.5.5 but the current version is 1.25.5.2

Does it matter or, well, any chance it will be updated soon?

hi I downloaded the demo from steam and ran the full game through steam but it doesn't check for subscriptions on either, any suggestions?

Thank you for this!. I was in the closed beta and when the spider bots had no duration and you could toss all 9 out and have them run with you it was very useful.Having to always top and then throw 3 spider bots after 3 spider bots is quite annoying to me so I am glad you made this.

However I think the health cap should be kept because if you heal and have % summon health and armor they will hardly die almost removing the need to resummon. Tier 3 Summon bots for example are quite powerful and with the "x"% minon/pet armor + health or attack/attack speed they would be invinicble when you heal.I say you should put back the caps and make that as part of the lite version. Other than that I like the removal of the timer.

@Devi Think about it... With no cooldown on the skill you could spam as many bots your energy allowed... And with no duration to make the bot despawn, there is no limit to the size of gunbot hordes you could summon, making the game an utterly trivial lagfest. That doesn't sound very appealing.

@thomas_m: Run Torchlight 2 from your Steam games list. The launcher should pop up and immediately subscriptions should automatically be checking for updates and downloading any newly subscribed mods. Once the green progress bar at the bottom has been filled, it should say All subscriptions up to date! Now out of the two red play buttons, click on the lower one with the play icon plus the gear cog. That means play modded Torchlight 2. In this new screen it takes you to, you can see all the mods you have and you can tick them enabled as you see fit. You can also reorder your mod load order to change mod compatibility. Near the top is a button with a folder and a gear cog, click on it and it takes you to the folder where all your mod files are kept.

Hi

I tried to do as you suggested, i subscribed a few mods to test, i then started the normal torchlight II launcher, i started the game and quit it again, but the mods folder is still empty :(
I run the launcher directly from desktop, and i even tried adding the game to steam, but still the same, it loads, updates, starts the game, but no files in mods

@thomas_m: Hit subscribe then run Torchlight 2. The launcher will download and update all your subscribed mods to Documents/My Games/Runic Games/Torchlight 2/mods. Use the launcher to tick the mods you want to use then start Torchlight 2 in mod mode.

@Dragon: Subscribe then run the game and the launcher will download/update all your subscribed mods. They will now be in Documents/My Games/Runic Games/Torchlight 2/mods, your non-Steam version uses this location as well.

@Dragon: Some workshop games have a demo you can download. If you grab the demo, it lets you download mods.

@Rakim: If you can't remove the mod from your save, try the unbinder in the workshop.
