There actually is a reward to killing chieftains: the enemy spawns on that side stop for a few minutes after the chieftains are killed. That can be helpful because it's less attackers coming to you. Glad you enjoyed the scenario though. Thank you.

it will be more interesting if there is a reward to kill chieftains, + resource/add atk/def bonus for each chieftain killed, for example. I also noticed Gajah Mada standing in the north east corner of the map, there are two villager nearby, not sure of your intention? Out of 4 resources, stone is useless, wood is abundant, gold is enough and food is scarce? Overall, this is a great mod ^_^ highly recommend

I must say that personally, i feel this scenario is really great! It's a combination between challenging, interesting, hard yet fun. It kinda surprises me when i research Shipwright (which happens to be my last tech), the enemy just kinda spam units so much that i can't defend against them anymore. But anyway, fun scenario:steamhappy:

Rather fun, I must say. I found it fairly easy, personally- but then I did convert quite a few enemy units to act as meat for the OP +30 condo's and H.C / Arb's :D

The trigger for the Galeon research doesn't work for me, I did all the researches availalble but never got anything else but the transport ship even if I killed the chiefs and explore more than 90% of the map

Nice scenario, I had a lot of fun playing it. Only thing I would say is that it would have been nice to have more to do whilst exploring - I did all of that pretty quick and the rest of the scenario was defending against the locals.

Welll, I finally got it. Just forget about the chieftains. Build 3 layers of palisades and keep 1 villlager repairing it. Send the rest west, where they can farm in peace. Then after the cannon galleon, you just need to rescue the last men. Tough but satisfying. 1700 kills with only 15 men

Just go a bit farther out with your villages and get the food that you need from some of the farther out resources.

Nice, but it kind of dies part way in. For example you get to the feitoria, park your units there, get upgrades etc. But then you run out of things to do when you still have to sit and wait to get the thousands of food for the dock upgrades. I think maybe elite cannon galleon should be the end goal without the other dock techs, it'd shorten the gameplay but it's probably better to stay short and sweet rather than be extended by just sitting waiting.

Aside from that I like everything about it. Discovering the standed units, hit and running, killing chieftains, is great.

I tried it out and got completely swamped! But it was still a ton of fun to play anyway, haha. Overall this is an amazing scenario, with a visually stunning setting, and such a clear and well-made design that even though I lost, I have a good idea of what to do next time -- a bit of pre-emptive aggression would have done me a world of good. Excellent job on this one!
