The tiles are all blank. This mod is so beautifully made that I really want to fix it. Please help.
Agony 21 Aug, 2024 @ 9:14pm
This mod is broken :(
dragonrykr2 20 Jul, 2024 @ 11:09pm
The mod has lots of issues sadly, way too many errors at start up :(
SushiBoxChris 14 May, 2023 @ 10:02am
just downloaded the mod today, no problems at all
Scamchez 11 Mar, 2023 @ 11:44pm
I opened this mod up last week and everything worked fine, today the entire mod is broken. Can anyone confirm if this is just a me issue?
ulia  [author] 28 Jul, 2021 @ 12:34pm
I believe you could just press the number key over a tile and it should apply the hand tag to it.
Coping Kobold 28 Jul, 2021 @ 8:22am
Okay...most of the issues I had have magically fixed themselves overnight.
Last night, dragging tiles into my hands made them take up the whole screen and there were no points on players 3 and 4's stands. Now the game functions normally.

I'd still like to see the "Hands" tag applied to all the tiles though.
ulia  [author] 28 Jul, 2021 @ 7:57am
Half the features you mentioned were not in the game back when this was created.
Coping Kobold 27 Jul, 2021 @ 8:21am
Oh, I found a random tile with Hands enabled, but when I put it in my hand it fills the entire screen.
Coping Kobold 27 Jul, 2021 @ 8:18am
Pretty, but badly set-up. Why are you using hidden zones instead of hands? Why aren't there snap points on the other 2 players' stands? Why do I have to play hide and seek to find the other 2 players stands?

"Sure you can, just draw tiles in to your hands instead?"
No you can't. You haven't enabled "hands" on the tiles.

If it wasn't obvious how to get the additional players set up, there are drawers in front of the red and blue holders. Open those and drag additional holders out for extra players. Seems to work for up to 4 players this way.
eM 12 Jun, 2020 @ 10:16pm
Doesn't Seem to work properly with more than 2 people.
sophie 1 May, 2020 @ 9:08am
Some of the letters do not have 'snap' enabled.
Impbot138 13 Apr, 2020 @ 4:18pm
Well Done :steamhappy:
jmwhittle 3 Apr, 2020 @ 5:23pm
messed around with it for an hour. doesn't work
Theonian 18 Jul, 2019 @ 10:38am
Not sure why, but it doesn't work. Tried on two different computers.
ulia  [author] 18 Jul, 2019 @ 8:09am
Sure you can, just draw tiles in to your hands instead?
Theonian 18 Jul, 2019 @ 6:13am
Most beautiful version of Scrabble out there!
It's a pity you can't have the letters in your hand, though. Having to play upside down is quite annoying.
LyoneeL 9 Jul, 2019 @ 10:43pm
Cant draw the letters, it dissapears
Caddyshack 30 Jun, 2019 @ 1:10pm
I fixed my issue of tiles falling through the board by lowering the lift height. Very nice mod!
[AM] Amaroq 29 Jun, 2019 @ 4:49pm
And I think maybe the W's aren't scripted
[AM] Amaroq 29 Jun, 2019 @ 4:34pm
I think it would be good if the tiles were just slightly darker, so they showed up better against the background.
Caddyshack 27 Jun, 2019 @ 8:28pm
Tiles fall through the board for me. It seems broken.
Bullet 22 Apr, 2019 @ 1:09pm
The new TTS update fixed the bug they introduced.
Bullet 24 Mar, 2019 @ 3:59pm
Best Scrabble mod in my opinion, but looks like the last game update broke the hand display :/
James Ness 19 Dec, 2018 @ 7:09pm
Thanks for the help, you two, that actually worked. I was wondering why every single Scrabble game on here wasn't working.

Yours is by far the best looking, however, so I'll stick to this one.
ulia  [author] 19 Dec, 2018 @ 3:08am
Read comments below, reload mod or copy/paste the tokens that are stuck.
Emtu 18 Dec, 2018 @ 1:16pm
That sounds like the persistent bug with non-card objects in hands. Use the trays, not TTS's hands.
James Ness 17 Dec, 2018 @ 8:52pm
Wouldn't work, letters refused to stay on the board, kept going back to my side of the table.
ulia  [author] 12 Dec, 2018 @ 8:20am
You can play as 4, there are spots for the extra tile trays marked on the table, and the trays are located in the drawer. Feel free to make local saves, but you do not have permission to reupload this.
Bmb92 12 Dec, 2018 @ 8:11am
This is my favorite version of Scrabble, but it is not 4 player. Will you please update this? Or may I?
DarkHoodness 2 Dec, 2018 @ 11:06am
Works really well, thanks so much!
ulia  [author] 17 Sep, 2018 @ 1:50am
All of this is my own work, yes.
MastaGambit 17 Sep, 2018 @ 1:47am
Gosh, do you do all your own model sculpting & artwork etc. with these projects? Cuz this board looks SUPER super nice.
ulia  [author] 13 Sep, 2018 @ 7:28pm
Very (very) late reply, my bad. For anyone having similar issues, reloading the mod seems to solve it. Issue is some weirdo behavior with custom assets, maybe specifically assetbundles. Alternatively copy/pasting and deleting the previous, glitchy hand of tiles fixes the issue as well. Nothing I can do on my end to solve this issue as it is a game bug with the objects in hands feature.
Emtu 29 Apr, 2018 @ 3:56pm
I had it happen while I was playing with this one yesterday, but I can't get it to happen again. It happens with Bananagrams, though. https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1285235353 If I draw a bunch of tiles by pointing at the banana and typing a number (I was using 21, per the 2-4 player rules) then highlight them and attempt to move them all to the table, frequently several will snap back to my hand. I also had it happen in 2000 dice.
ulia  [author] 29 Apr, 2018 @ 1:29pm
Try to find out what causes that hand bug in a replicatable way so I can investigate it, as I have never ran in to this issue myself with a fair few hours logged (2800~).
Emtu 28 Apr, 2018 @ 8:24pm
For the "just use hands" solution, non-card objects sometimes get glitched when put in hands, and get "stuck". (They snap back into the hand when removed.) The only solution I've found is to reset the game (that is, reload the save/workshop item.)

Also, it wouldn't hurt to make the hidden zones bigger and taller, since the tile trays can be kind of fiddly, even with minimum lift height, and that way they're easier to use without people having to adjust their lift height. (Snap points don't align objects very well with minimum lift height, either, they need to fall a bit to get aligned before landing.) Optional flat trays might not be a bad idea either, so people can use whichever they prefer.

Overall it's good, it looks fantastic, the tile racks and hidden zones are the only parts I really see issues with.
ulia  [author] 28 Apr, 2018 @ 2:56am
A spelling error, how ironic.
Vanilla Princess 26 Apr, 2018 @ 8:58am
Noticed a quick spelling error in the rulebook. Last sentence of the first paragraph under the "Starting The Game" section. You said "The tiles are them replaced" change "them" to "then" and you should be good.
Brandon 26 Apr, 2018 @ 6:52am
You did such a nice job on this. One of my favorites to now play.
ulia  [author] 21 Apr, 2018 @ 9:18pm
No workaround, lower your lift height, adjust physics settings or just use hands.
PikaPikaGamer 21 Apr, 2018 @ 1:43pm
This is great! The only problem though, is that letters have a tendency to slide right off the letter holders (If that's what they're called anyway)
last 20 Apr, 2018 @ 7:48am
Beautiful. This is definitely replacing the current save me and my gf use to play.
