Fixed a few mistakes.

Updated center again.
Moved hills around, moved defences, added more mobs.
Added more relics to each "safezone". (they are all random)
Added 2 worker relics to player core area.

Updated center with 4 hills instead of one.
Removed some defences from center.
Added claimed area to portals. (AI didn't want to use the portals before.)
