@Xherdos Inside the mod file in the config folder. There is a file called "XcomGameData" Inside that file look for "PodSize" There is going to be 3 podsizes, one for each tier. The Path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\1368613369\Config

This mod doesn't add missions, just the Bandit SitRep that can be added to missions.

Try the console command (hat tip to Zelfana):

so i ran into an issue the recover dissection report mission spawned me in an underground map (meaning i can't call the skyranger for evac) so the mission can never end

[WOTC] Multiple Sitreps 2.0: Guaranteed & Categories

This mod seems to be the one. Allows us to edit Sitreps: likehood and which missions we want them to appear.

A new SitRep, Bandit Incursion, is added to the list of SitReps (like Double Agent). When the game generates a mission that qualifies for a SitRep it picks one from the list.

AFAIK there's nothing to edit in this mod to make them appear more often.

I meant a file in this mod of the bandits here. What defines wheather or not they show up a in mission? I imagine is based on chance like a porcentage, no? And that amount could be changed, so it would be more likely for them to show up.

I don't think there's a vanilla game setting or a mod that increases the chance of a particular SitRep appearing. I think there's a mod that will add SitReps to missions that don't usually get them, I don't use it though.

If you've a lot of mods that add SitReps then this one could be drawn from the deck just that one time. Actually, even without that could happen with RNG.

I recently finished a playthrough with this mod enabled and the bandits only appeared once (during early game), beyond that they never showed up again. Something's definitely off there.

@daz_tora i don't think so.i have a lot of faction and they show up sometimes during mission. it will tell you on the briefing if a faction will show up.

Is there a specific time these guys show up, I have this and the Rogue XCOM faction, and neither are showing up, I have just unlocked the Avatar Project.

I have SCP Faction and they are showing up in my first couple missions.

I have all the factions of RealityMachina, but the factions dosen't want to spawn at all. Can i do something about that?

So, Raider Factions (all of them) aren't playing by the rules.
By that I mean when the mission objective has friendly people that need rescuing (resistance and council ops) Raider factions will shoot at and kill the target before XCOM reaches them.
On top of that, if a Raider moves too close, they'll 'rescue' the target and give control to XCOM, which admittedly allows them to immediately run for XCOM's position making the mission easier... usually.

Hi, what will happen if I went into the config file XCom content.ini and switched the eGender of all units to female while keeping bodyparts male? will the bandit faction only spawn females?

How to fix "just stay still" in LWOTC:

Open 2683996590\Config\XComGameCore (or same file in 'Long war of chosen' in AML), find this block:

Whenever I encounter them in missions they just stay still and let the aliens kill them - or only target me if I break concealment.

If you've a lot of other mods that add SItReps they could get squeezed out. There's a Raider Faction Bases mod that makes that SitRep more common near their base.

I've noticed a graphical bug (with the cult of jariah mod too) where their guns are invisible and make no sound. They do damage, at least, but it's a little annoying to not know what they're equipped with until my guys get hit.

I think they were Alien Hunters & DLC items. Was also using another Raider mod at the time, might be a bug from the remove weapon mod. But I'm not going to bother removing it or the other Resistence Ring mods.

playing with Long war of the chosen, they spawn but after they scamper they don't get a turn. this is happening for all raider faction i have installed.

Wish there was more variety in their look, like a way to configure mod/DLC customization options to show up on them, since I have a lot and was disappointed to not see a mishmash of Anarchy's children stuff and whatnot. Heck, my XCOM soldiers look more like bandits.
