something like he one on the right here?
you should now be able to load the creation without having to replace the parts
File: Objects/Database/shapesets/06joints.json
part no.16
shape uuid: 73b6a192-add4-4236-9d63-4238898bff0b
"hull": "pointlist" entry no.1
"z" value is missing
the grips are made to go on the mod parts labeled with "wheel grip:"
most of the grips however look best, and are made for the part "wheel grip: rim"
or just simple decoration :)

try some of the following:
1- unsubscribe and re-subscribe to the mod, causing the mod to "re-download"
2- delete the folder with the following path: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Scrap Mechanic\Cache"
there is a bit of a problem with the second one though, if you do it the game will take a lot longer to load the next time you launch it, but it can be a massive help when mod files are being wierd.
if you decide to go route #2, the game has to re-create the cache folder from scratch, (this is completely safe don't worry)
the only thing I can really think of that would be a problem, is if you don't have the most recent files on steam, if that is the case (and it most likely is) then take route #1.
A personal thank you, for using mechaGRIP Mods, from Dragenst1
