Well, this mod changes aspects of the player's stats and attributes by patching things in the player.config. If they do similar, adjustments will likely overlap/not be present depending on which loads first.

This mod isn't that big of a deal imo. I made it out of boredom one day, just for fun. So do whatever you want! It's up to you.

is there a mod that makes most of teh epp useless and force us to use everiomental gear back again for frotection against radiation, poison or cold ?

As far as I know it should be fine. If they patched over any stats, they would just overwrite the ones from this one probably (I've also found it can be uninstalled without issues from my own testing.)
