You can actually open the UPK for this music pack in UDK and see the cues, that will tell you how long the stingers are. I think 2-5 seconds is about right, but again it has been a very very long time now.
Very good work.
If I can get MMS to work on my potato, I'll add this in.
In any case, thank you for all your help, and I appreciate your responsiveness.
I'm glad you like it! Sorry your other mods have gone weird, unfortunately stability is not a strong suit of XCOM.
Welp, anyways, pretty good mod once I got it to work, dunno what happened and probably never will, but still.
Thanks, please let me know what you find when you get to it.
'k, I'll keep that in mind. I've been very busy of late, but I'll get to that when I can, unless the Wwise Mms thing fixes the problem first.
Wwise Mms does not include anything new. It does not require any new agreements. I am suggesting that you try it only because it contains a rewritten track management engine.
Unfortunately I cannot troubleshoot this any further without reproducing the issue. If I could see your mod list that might help. It would also be useful to see your Launch.log after getting to a place where music should play. That file can be found at "C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\my games\XCOM2 War of the Chosen\XComGame\Logs
I just ran a test with only the workshop versions of MMS and this music pack enabled. It worked fine for me. I have to think that another mod is interfering, or on a long shot that you are running out of RAM. Are you playing WotC or vanilla? Does it work if you install Wwise Mms alongside MMS?
No problem, thank you for bringing the issue to my attention and enjoying the mod!
Wwise Mms is just another mod. It's an expansion of MMS. In any case it shouldn't be required, I found a typo which I believe was the issue.
I think I fixed it.
Grrrrr. I have been dealing with that issue in many places for yonks. Try installing my mod Wwise Mms. It overrides the MMS music logic. That portion is compatible with WotC, even though the packs themselves are not. I will double check the configs in this pack soon.
Under which circumstances and with which other mods? Do you have the Shadow Chamber yet?
