I'll try this mod because it seems some people tend spend all their energy on something that is gonna be lost in a pile of other rico buildings (like hundreds or thousands of them) and searching for 1 specific building manually is not an option. I can understand if such a structure has got larger dimension than the game allows but anything else is just... well... not pointless to those who have just 20 rico buildings :)
I'll try this mod and hopefully that works as opposed to the rico mod that doesn't change ricos to growable although it claims it does.

@makuchluk I might release a growable version, otherwise if you Snow_Cat's mods make it really easy to change an assett to growable in the asset editor
