maybe it really is because of the whole "alpha game in beta workshop" stick

so far you are the only one complaining
of 5 people commenting

In that case, I'm sorry that you considered it spam. I just meant to inform other users about the non-functionality of the uploaded templates to avoid 8 different people complaining about the 8 different mods about the mods not working.

i find 7 copy paste messages already unnecessarry.... 1 would have been more than enough for me to hide all uploads
tim 27 Apr, 2018 @ 10:08am
And putting a single message in the different mods warning others the current version doesn't work isn't spamming, it is informing. It would only be spamming if it were useless messages or an unnecessary large amount of messages.

Currently it only contains the standard text and nothing else. If you want it to work, you will at the very least need a mixinto in the building_templates_index.json file (see archipelago mod for an example).

and it is incorrect, the manifest file is NOT empty, its not the first time i uploaded these templates
::Maethendias::  [author] 27 Apr, 2018 @ 9:58am
v so is spamming
tim 27 Apr, 2018 @ 9:45am
Your manifest.json file is completely empty and thus no buildings are being added. The blueprint site shares blueprints (which are NOT mods) and requires manual placement in the correct folder, while mods need to be added through the manifest.json file to the correct location. Also, deleting messages that the mod is not working is considered impolite and will result in other people their time being wasted.

maybe its just that alpha is alpha XD
::Maethendias::  [author] 27 Apr, 2018 @ 9:29am
i should mention that this way of "uploading" templates actually works on my end (can test it since the game allows me to disable my own templates for the sake of workshop temps)
so yeah
::Maethendias::  [author] 27 Apr, 2018 @ 9:26am
that should be on your end, since i basically used the same file as when uploading to other sites that share blueprints a lá "http://stonehearthbuilds.heliohost.org/search/"

Mod isn't working. Building template is not loaded (since manifest file doesn't include it in any files). Furthermore, as by the header on top of the workshop page, uploading building templates as template is not yet supported.

i wouldnt lie just for convinience' sake
Thahat 27 Apr, 2018 @ 4:07am
now i think about it you could probably bypass this if you flag it as a translation mod. (those dont have to be synced)
::Maethendias::  [author] 27 Apr, 2018 @ 4:05am
lol to both
Thahat 27 Apr, 2018 @ 4:01am
beats me! @ the link
Thahat 27 Apr, 2018 @ 4:01am
any subscribed mod needs to be had by all other players in multiplayer. thus, turning a building like this mandatory if the host has it
::Maethendias::  [author] 27 Apr, 2018 @ 4:01am
why is that a link lol
::Maethendias::  [author] 27 Apr, 2018 @ 4:00am
why? its a blueprint.... only the builder needs to have that...no?
Thahat 27 Apr, 2018 @ 3:57am
ah, yeah that works. just a though: if you do it that way everyone in multiplayer would also need to have this blueprint :P
::Maethendias::  [author] 27 Apr, 2018 @ 3:54am
v well
when you upload a "mod", go to your "saved objects" in your stonehearth folder, and just select your template
Thahat 27 Apr, 2018 @ 3:35am
wait, how did you manage to put buildings on the workshop?
