Is there a way to have the Infected replace Traitors? Whenever I use this role theres both Traitors and Infected on different teams and it's hard for the Innos to win.

Any chance to see convars for amount of time to respawn a new infected, and one that considers if it was the infected fists that got the kill for making new infected?

Where can I find the addon if I want to modify it a bit for my server? Most addons are just gma files in the "addons" folder, but I struggle to find most of the ttt2 addons. I could use the version on github, allthough I fear it's a different version, and it would be nice to know in general where I can find addons like this one ^^'

Infected by default have a custom recognizable playermodel (zombie). If it‘s not the case, probably some playermodel mods are interferring.

Any thoughts of the ability to force new infected to apply a specific playermodel, so they're immediately recognizable? I've looked into doing it myself, but I'm still a noob when it comes to lua coding. :P

Hey, bit of a suggestion, would it be possible to add a convar to disable friendly fire between Infected players? Its been a massive issue when attempting to run it on a server, as at a glance the main infected resembles a normal player, and a lot of players don't notice the icon, causing them to accidentally murder the main infected and promptly kill all of the other infected.

These updates are planned with the newest TTT2 version currently, but there is a lot in work. On Steam, we just wanna upload stable add-ons (versions).

Hi Alf21, just reporting here that the infected killing the Jester ends the round, just tested as of April 26th, 2020. Made an issue report on the github, please look into it! We want to play with both of these wonderful addons.

Naja wir sind logisch vorgegangen. Wenn man vom Zombie gebissen wird (e.g.), dann stirbt man ja nicht im eigentlichen Sinne, sondern (trans-)mutiert "nur". Demnach findet hier ein Rollenwechsel statt, weshalb die Revives einer anderen Rolle nicht triggern sollten.

gibt es ne möglichkeit das zu ändern? ich finde schon, dass rollen, die revived werden können, diese fähigkeit nicht einfach verlieren sollten.

Jester gewinnt auch nicht, sondern wird zum Zombie. Das ist der Sinn vom Infected :D

Hey, der Infected hat ein Problem mit Prioritäten:

Unknown wird nicht zum Infected sondern zum Zombie
Shinigami wird nicht zum Shinigami sondern zum Zombie
Second Chance konnte ich nicht testen mit Bots

The best way to go about this would be to open an issue on github with an exact description what you'd like. Then someone of us could implement it.
It would be even better if you'd do it by yourself and open a Pullrequest.

do you know how I could go about adding the leaping mechanic to the knife of the minion infected, as it exists in the Town of Terror mod for TTT1? thats the only thing I want to really port over to this infected for ttt2

While I don't see a problem right now, please make sure to check the server console. TTT2 lists incompatible addons and suggests alternatives

Then you modified something or you have an addon that modifies the default loadout (https://github.com/Alf21/ttt2-role_inf/blob/master/gamemodes/terrortown/entities/weapons/weapon_inf_knife.lua)

Wie wäre es wenn man als Zombie den Infected keinen schaden machen kann, um zu verhindern das ein Zombie trollt und sein ganzes Team auslöscht.

Einstellen kann man das nicht in der Art. Man kann aber eine maximale Anzahl an neuen Rollen einstellen. Vllt hilft dir das weiter
