@sateller69 functionally they're just roads meant to be manipulated using Move-It. They're compatible with the Airports DLC! :)

@LemonsterOG Ahhh i see. I figured its was a dumb question but i thought I'd ask in the name of troubleshooting. I think it must be some mod doing it. I went through your list and nothing stands out per se but you do have a lot so its really hard to say.

@MobiusOne -- I pulled this from the pack because for these, the clipping networks are at least a workaround. For some reason, they don't work for the others.

I'm actually using this one in my current city, with the clipping networks.

@LemonsterOG Np! i'm going to ask a dumb question; the airport assets in your flicker pack aren't these. Those are different shoulders, are you sure you're looking at mine with a flicker?

@asgbens -- I've always had issues with this pack and a few others. Just so I could keep track and not periodically subscribe to assets that did this in my city, I actually created a collection to help ensure I wouldn't. Assets that Flicker Collection

As for LOD settings, I do use a few mods that effect LOD's, but I use them to enhance LOD, not lessen or disable. My Active Mod Collection

@LemonsterOG I very vaguely remember seeing this issue back when i made these in 2018. I don't remember exactly what caused them for me but I think it had to do with the LOD's and it was resolved before I posted them. It's weird that it's affecting you now. do you have any mod's that disable LOD's? FWIW im building an airport right now and I don't have it :(

@Nickayz Awesome thanks! yeah I made these basically right after the road editor came out and none of this info really existed. I need to go back through my network assets and update them but this much later i'm honestly pretty terrified of breaking them and corrupting peoples saves. So i dk we'll see. in any case that guide is great and i'll follow it for sure if i do update.

@MobiusOne -- All of these assets flicker on the edges in my game.

The only way I can get them to work is to use anarchy and place these clipping networks in the exact same place as the assets in this pack. This means that I have to do twice the work and using twice the number of nodes and segments.

Do you have any other suggestions on how to resolve this? Thanks so much!

@zhangquan1987 Dude yes! this error has been the bane of my modding existence in CS. that makes so much sense because all I did was make the first one, "save as" and swap textures for the rest. I'll take a look at some point and update, Thanks!

For the Duplicate Prefab Name error @Zyme listed, I figured out a temporary solution. If you disable 5 of the 6 items in the pack, you can use the only enabled shoulder with no error.

So apparently the error was caused by the conflict tween the shoulders in the pack rather than conflicting with other mods or packs. I guess it is because all the six shoulders used the same prefab and did not rename them. Hopefully this investigation is helpful for the author to debug.

@nickvet419 Ah i see, well the intention isnt really to have that gap there on a runway, have the yellow line either butted up against it or lower under the white runway edge line with move-it

although I was able to hide the texture with the Runway Extensions. Just need to re-add in some vanilla lines that were hidden because of it.

Yeah so I didnt do anything out of the ordinary when creating these, I used the standard vanilla in game road creator with standard normal settings, just imported my own geometries and whatnot. I think this is caused by having multiple road asset mods or something. I cant trouble shoot it because I dont get the error since i dont use any other custom road mods, but plenty of other people have reported it being related to one of the road reskinners.

Ok thanks. I really appreciate your work so dont reflect on some random criticism :) Airports in my country dont use these shoulders but I like to use them anyway. More different textures to "break" concrete in CSL is always great. So thank you for your shoulder and runway extension packs. As a person who is really into airports infrastructure and huge civil aviation fan I really appreciate your work.

@Overlord No its not, I've done a lot of google earthing for this game and whatnot and the biggest thing i've noticed between airports is variability in certain respects, some airports dont even have these. It really just depends, I would google earth and find a certain airport that you like and stick with that one for inspiration, if you dip around to different ones while you're building you'll see all sorts of conflicting information. I got criticised for one of my roads in my service road pack, that it was wrong and replied with a screenshot from O'hare for instance, it just happened to be different than the airport they were looking at.

So this aset is incopatible with the prefab mob? I get duplicate prefab error and assets are not available in-game.

@Distanced Fixed...ish. Z-clipping has been markedly improved, almost completely fixed. However, due to the way the pavement for roads works, clipping is still slightly noticeable on the very edge from very far away. The only way to completely fix it would be to have a ribbon of pavement running down the outside of the textured area.

@aubergine18 that's possible! I don't use either so that could explain why i don't get the error. I mean, if that's the case, there's really nothing I can do about it either though. This really is just a standard road made from a standard vanilla road template.

I can confirm, like Benito, that disabling the asset made the error go away.

I imagine anyone not using Loading Screen mod won't even be aware of the error as vanilla loader doesn't display it on screen (it just goes in logs which most people don't look at) - that's likely reason why only some people are reporting error.

Maybe it's conflict with some mods like Network Extensions 2 or Road Colour Changer++?

@Benito Camela Thanks! Sorry to hear that. I would love to fix the error, I just don't know what it could even be. I used a standard road template, imported my own mesh/textures, and removed all props/pillars etc from the template. It also so far seems to be very few people who actually have the error so I wouldn't even know how to begin troubleshooting it.

I have the same error of "duplicate prefab". When i deactivate this assets from asset list, error from loading screen mod dissapear.
But... you say that you dont use any prefab. Do you have some idea? Do you want i send you the log, or the screens, can i help you in some way? Or mayby you dont want to see or correrct that error because are many cases.
Anyway, if need something and i can help, let me know!

@aubergine18 Someone else had that issue too when I first released it. This asset doesnt use any prefabs, i went scorched earth on all of the template props and pillars. They had a github list of the error and it called out a ton of prefabs that aren't related to these at all. very bizarre.

I get loads of "duplicate prefab" errors with this asset - they are listed when using the "loading screen" mod or when entering the asset editor.

@[MY] H4F1Z Thanks! I don't know what causes the texture flicker but i've seen it on every road with a serious diffuse texture and I can't do anything about it. I'm sorry to hear about the glitch, very bizzarre, I don't have that issue on my end :/ [imgur.com]

@Evil.Iguana I haven't! Though it wouldn't be too difficult, in an ideal world I could just find and modify the existing taxiway and runway assets so they're still functional
