Go to Documents\My Games\Rising Storm 2\ROGame\Config and open ROEngine.ini in a text editor. Set line 4 to:
Map=ROEntry.roe
Set line 5 to:
LocalMap=ROEntry.roe
Set line 7 to:
TransitionMap=ROEntry.roe
Save file.
If you want to delete the map itself it can be found here:
Documents\My Games\Rising Storm 2\ROGame\Cache\1445715333\1\Published\CookedPC\Maps\Moon
