its not brighter and i know because i used to own it, use you can use a flashlight to see in the dark but then everyone can see you. On the other hand with the glory AK glow sight they can't see you at all

You brats think glowing in the dark will improve your game where it'll only make you stick out like
a sore thumb making you a target to every other tom dick and harry looking to get a free AK. get with the program. appreciate the skin for it's workmanship and quality as is. the sight already has red l.o.s. crosshair which makes it o/p compared to the rest of gun skins. high quality skin well worth the $ paid. well done!

Is it really that much of a bonus people can literally put a red dot crosshair on their screen and it has the same effect. If some skins are gonna be a disadvantage like many of the glowing are then I think some skins should have advantages like glowing sights.

@MazinKaiser its an advantage yes but there are skins with glowing sight that are already in the market so there no stopping now. plus its a really good skin with the glow it would be godlike.
