At lest please keep a version where the requirements are just regular Militarist & Egalitarian Ethics.

Wouldn’t Societies with regular Militarist & Egalitarian Ethics have a enough of a Zeal to want to spread Democracy, last time i check, the requirements for A.I. Empires to have the Democratic Crusader Agenda wasn’t Fanatic Militarist & Fanatic Egalitarian Ethics but regular Militarist & Egalitarian Ethics.

One suggestion I have is to add a CB for fanatic millitarists to declare war just for the sake of war. Like fanatic millitarists should be able to do.

Updated, Merged project which adds non-species based CB(I now hate messy mod list which created by myself)
Added CB's and WG(2 CBs are mainly species based, others are ethic based)
