I want too, but its taking very long to wait before the complete version, and also there was a police model from Extended Common Infected but it looks different into a better version and it always updated with their new bodygroup changes.

I ran this map once and it worked well the first time, however afterwards whenever I play the map is extremely dark and I can't see anything. Iv'e tried turning up brightness, reinstalling the map, and have also gone into cfg and inserted "setting.mat_tonemapping_occlusion_use_stencil" "1" into video, however it still remains dark. Is there another way to fix this?

Pretty descent map but way too many hordes and special infected. Pretty frustrated after playing with BOTS. Map is bugged when u tried to heal urself with medic kit ur hp didnt change at all. Sometimes they worked idk if u made it that way if hp under 70 u can be healed over that u cant. Other than that pretty good campaign but still need to finish the last two parts. And i guess u dont continue to work on completing this campaign since its in beta.

my own pc single player and yes i had all 3 parts and disabled other mods to see if it made a diference. will try again later.

There are two custom commons (cop & army), they've been in for months and haven't had any reports of them causing issues,and U;ve tested on a variety of systems. Do you have all 3 parts subscribed? I see you only commented on 1 & 2, Models are in the third part. and according to Steam Workshop Statistics, there are 50 people who are missing part 3. If you have all 3 parts, can you try disabling other mods or give me a list of what mods you're running? I assume you are playing on a local server.

Thanks for the feedback. It is long, to get to where I'm going, they all sort of are. If you look at older dates on street view, it's much more accurate, half the town has changed since I started. As far as spawning, outside of the boston police zombies and military, and two spots where I just couldn't get the director to do what I want with ocmmons, just regular director scripts.

This campaign has great potential. I think that all real-world based campaigns, such as Yama and Day Break, are the best. The first map is SUPER long, but there's nothing wrong with that, if it's survivable. I think you're using scripted spawning in this map? Double special infected is too much on a map this long, in my opinion. Excellent work, though! I'm from Worcester, and visit Boston frequently, so I immediately recognized it as a real area, and even mapped it out on Google Maps. Even the little details, like the "State Official" license plates, and Faux 25 News. Nice work, mate!

Mazing map cant wait to see it done and love the coach bus models but during the ware house part i got pretty injured and was trying to use a medkit and it wouldnt let me heal and I stood in spitter spit and it did no damage to me again love the map and the open setting with it :steamhappy:

Thanks man! work pulled me away from some of the polish for the next two maps, but hopefully drops next week or two. I mean it's playable now, but I want to do a detail pass, move some stuff to the skybox, etc. Added an intro today, anyone else experiencing it being janky sometimes when the camera transitions to the survivors? Doesn't happen all the time

My game crashed when loading the "Thanks" map. Other than that, I loved the first map of Last Bastion, and was very disappointed there wasn't more. Still, I'm looking forward to the rest. ;) Lots of fun! :D I only play single player Advanced, and I had a great time. Thanks!

Old_Wise_One I hadn't given much thought to Easy difficulty, so after your notes decided to give it a go, all commons and SI were damaging and in truth, wasn't as easy as I thought it would be compared to Normal. Temp health was definitely needed, though after hitting the trailer in the power yard, the cabinet did respawn more items after the tank battle. What mods are you running?

Ok some simple notes as to the difficulty... heard that it was almost impossible on easy so i decided to test it... 1 plot armor is beutiful(normal infected/jockeys/hunters/smokers do 0 damage and spitters do no damage unless one has been hit by a witch) 2 medpacks are from hell (take away all temp health and give 0 health back) 3 spent most of game trying to figure out where to go rather than survive...

kelpy, the campaign includes smoker and hunter textures, probably causing the conflict.

Tyler - That's the kind of feedback I want. It's meant to be somewhat difficult, but not impossible. One issue in particular is the run to the saferoom, zombies aren't supposed to spawn in that alley, yet with EMPTY & NO_MOBS, director keeps doing it, working on a fix for that. I'll also work on tweaking the difficulty at different settings

very unreccomended too many zombie spawn points and you cant beat the first level on EASY! theres double special and common zombies so overall very bad indeed.

@shotgunefx my smoker and hunter texture is missing and im using an RNG mod for all special infected and the charger for some reason is not using the RNG mod it using the vanilla texture. please help..

Updated, more lighting, clips, script changes, hopefully squashed the trigger_hurt bug making players invicible, if not, going to have to move to scripted damage. Might do that anyway as I designed most of the scripts before the EMS update.

One other issue I will point out that I am working on, when you approach the safe room and all the zombies spawn in the alley before it, nothing should spawn there, marked EMPTY and NO_MOBS yet still the director spawns them there.

Trying a compile with more lighting along the path. More vehicles with light sources pointed towards exit. Going the long way takes longer, but also keeps you away from the transformers and thus in less danger.

RE: tunnels, sometimes a fence spawnsand you HAVE to take them, maybe I'll open both exits instead of A/B/AB when that is the case. But having to go that way sometimes is the point, it's a dangerous situation where you can't dance around an infected assault, chargers are especially dangerous.

If you are playing locally, can you try this with sv_cheats 1 ?

Playing pristine copy of the game with the workshop files on 2 machines, I'm seeing them so not sure how to track this down. player occasionally stop taking damage is the only issue I've seen more than one person have. INot using AllowTakeDamage in the scripts, so I;m thinking it's not script related. Where you the player incapped by the transformer or a bot?

No offense but it's not difficult, just annoying. Maybe this was planned for versus where I can see this potentially having promise, but experienced players such as myself can keep up with AI infected whereas the bots cannot. I got invincible some time around the first exploding power unit (there should also be a custom tip about that being a hazard). And no, I received no message. Any directionality would be nice so as to prevent constant meandering around a large area that has few defining features and has a sewer that not only leads to nowhere but is better avoided entirely to prevent getting charged.

As far as difficulty, that's one of the things I'm looking for feedback on. I'm thinking of ways to help with the directionality of the power plant. Power units only explode when they incap a survivor. It's meant to make it hard, and give survivors a hell of a time in Versus as the infected can use them against them. The tunnel doesn't lead to nowhere, which exits are open are randomly selected. There are a lot of variations in paths, too many pehaps. Sometimes you have to go into the tunnel, sometimes not.

As far as the warehouse event, are you not getting a message? You press the button,the door starts opening and the power goes out, then you have to start the generator,to start the door again.

Any details on players stopping taking damage would be helpful, I've never experiences this and am unable to replicate it.

Not sure what I'm supposed to do with this. Special infected spawn ridiculously quickly (like three every ten seconds), there's zero directionality in the big and all-around same-looking power station, some power units randomly explode and incap bots, a sewer leads to nowhere, you stop taking damage, and the warehouse that should obviously have a control panel to do something has a control panel that...does nothing. Again, not sure what I'm supposed to do with this.
