I feel negative traits are harder to justify. Most sources show the strengths of the race but not as often the weaknesses. I could make some up, but then i have to balance it further with more positives than i feel are warranted.

Since you're on the esh-kha page, use them as the example. They were an aggressive violent race for the most part, and their positives reflect that. But there was also a faction in-game that proves to be diplomatic, relatively peaceful, and cultural. Since they can be these things, i can't necessarily dock them points from those aspects as a whole.
