if you're asking for the ragdoll version it's not that hard just mount black mesa or get an addon from the workshop

Also noticed that when it DOES try adjusting to hit the target, it instead aims UP

not working man, is better way use model manipulator tool and copy apache from BMS file to combine heli ( now its working well but no with that addon )
