Having said that, I still want you to do it 'cause I'm so spolied with all your great work! :)
I tried to fiddle with making them for my own, personal use, but alas I am not smart enough! :)
Hopefully with all these quays we'll start seeing more assets that can be snapped on to them (like you can put harbor and other shoreline buildings including pumps on to quays). For example, downlights to illuminate the side of quays in tourist areas, or ladders and depth guages, or life belts, piers that stick out perpendicular, and so on.
