Thanks Merlin, I have updated the mod to fix this bug. It looks like CK2Plus changed a block of province IDs that were added with Jade Dragon.

UPDATE: I fixed it on my end actually. In your adjacencies.csv file, the data for the river pieces 1806,1807, and 1808 are pointing to the incorrect locations. Change:

628;1541;major_river;1806;-1;-1;-1;-1;Bukhara-Amol
1545;1541;major_river;1807;-1;-1;-1;-1;Nakhshab-Amol
1545;1540;major_river;1807;-1;-1;-1;-1;Nakhshab-Guzgan
1544;1540;major_river;1807;-1;-1;-1;-1;Chaghaniyan-Guzgan
904;1544;major_river;1808;-1;-1;-1;-1;Balkh-Chaghaniyan

to

628;1649;major_river;1806;-1;-1;-1;-1;Bukhara-Amol
1561;1649;major_river;1807;-1;-1;-1;-1;Nakhshab-Amol
1561;1648;major_river;1807;-1;-1;-1;-1;Nakhshab-Guzgan
1562;1648;major_river;1807;-1;-1;-1;-1;Chaghaniyan-Guzgan
904;1562;major_river;1808;-1;-1;-1;-1;Balkh-Chaghaniyan

I think this mod is causing some weirdness in West Africa in the counties of Morfil and Tagant, and Near-Persia in the area around the head waters of the Amu Darya river.

I am trying to do a Saoshyant run as Karen Satrapy in 867 start. I conquered the duchy of Khiva to my West, then a little while later, the King of Ghana declared a pagan conquest war for the county of Bukhara.

Morfil and Tagant apparently cross the river Amu Darya which flows into the Aral Sea in Asia. So I share a border with Ghana, when my realm is nowhere nearby. I think the entire river is bugged, but I know nothing of map modding, so I don't even know what I would be looking for as to how to fix it.

@The Sun for just the portage at Suez try Suez Canal for CK2Plus

Can you make a version that only has the portages?
Licarious Fenrir  [author] 9 Jun, 2018 @ 3:19pm
Yes, the adjacencies crossings between the provinces along the added rivers are defined as major river.

Question would these rivers now be a major river crossing (iirc thats a battle factor)

I looked it over myself. I was a bit too hasty. :steamfacepalm:

Another mod is to blame, which still has to be updated.

That is weird because I don't actually touch the cultures, those are in the history file. Are you using with the latest versions of CK2Plus (4.07.3) and Rex Teutonicorum (1.7.3)?

I think something's got mixed up with the cultures in the new African provinces.

It is displayed to me by the provincial culture and the ruler culture "noculture". I switched off your mod and after that everything was great again.
