Because this mod operates by attaching dust particles to the character hands. In effect, this is therefore a FPS hands mod. I wish there were another way of doing it.

It works for all survivors.
It throws the player into a massive sandstorm. Zombies run at you from within the dustcloud.
Seemingly unaffected.

It makes the game more challenging, and is excellent for desert maps, or if you're just in the mood for egypt or western stuff.

It's a simpler version of sandstorm.
So it lowers your framerate, just not as much as sandstorm does.
