by far one of my favorite mods, love using it and seeing how long i can last as one unit, it almost immerses you into the war, its like you're just a soldier.:clonecc:

Looks cool but having a strange issue where the green team AI is refusing to spawn any troops after exiting editor mode through F10 or pie menu. I see red team dropships appear to be spawning around periodically but never any green ones arrive, tried turning off and turning on spawning and still nothing not sure if I'm doing something wrong.

(Also population counter jumps up to somewhere around 80-100 after I exit editing mode, but then counts up normally after that as red troops spawn in)

In my personal opinion, I think you should make 'B' into the build option. I've never seen any mod use the 'B' key to do a specific function except 'Carnage'.

which menu? the building menu?
if you dont choose to play as team 1 then you cant control the units. i just checked that.

f10 works great but the only mods i have are a few modded factions i have tried turning some off but the menu still came up

just press "F10" to force exit the edit mode. Are you running any other mods besides?

also my teams unit walk to one central locaion and then us jetpack up into the air, and stay there til they fall down. while enemy team units is just digging holes and tunnels with their feet.

i keep having that the units sometimes keep walking in one spot and make a huge crater to the bottom of the map. the ememies keep walking above the new brain that spawned in. i placed one inside a bunker but they could walk through the steel reinforced walls lol

They behave weirdly in every map, but I think it might be bacause Im spawning mod units. Dont worry, I understand, Ive made a few minor sound mods for Age of Mythology and I know what you mean by time and motivation haha keep up the good work

The mod doesnt support mod factions, this feature will come in the next version. Which map did you play were the troops behaved wierd? I only tested the mod on vanilla "looping" maps.
I am currently rewriting the complete mod from the ground up to tackle these issues, but that takes some time ( and motivation <]:^) )

It only seems to work with vanilla factions, none of the mod factions I have auto deploy; also when Iplace new units on the map & start the game, the start to jetpack themselves out of the map instead of staying in position & engaging enemy. Any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong, or is it supposed to be like that?

the deploying phase requires you to place a brain. I havent figured out yet, how to circumvent that. Just place a brain somewhere and select done on the menu wheel. There is no need to defend it, the mod spawns a new one if it dies.

just select team 1 as your team and team 2 as the CPU team. the Ai spawns your units automatically for you (and the enemy) and they move and fight over a random plot of land on the selected map

The Prime Evil you can only exit the Editor with the radial menu after having placed a brain. I dont know if Cortex Command allows dynamicaly switching between editor and normal (combat?) mode. About the Troop spawning, it works on my machine. Are you selecting a non vanilla faction in the Technology Tab? Unfortunately the original mod doesnt support 3rd party factions.

Right click Cortex Command in your Steam Library. then Click on properties -> Local Files -> BROWSE LOCAL FILES. Then look for the Folder that says Spectate.rte. it contains the Spectate.lua File, which you can modify with a text Editor

Raptor Crafter you can increase the pop limit by editing the lua script at line 215;

Just install the mod and select Spactate under Scenario Battle. Increase the Difficulty to increase the spawing rate

I fixed the bug -Falcon- reported, regarding team red units being unable to move. Both sides should now move to a random position on the map.
Also about your problem with the editor, you have to place a brain in order to quit the building phase. Just let team Green kill it, it will not cause a game over.

Red team just summons troops and doesn't order them around. I also cannot get out of the editor without spawning a brain.
