Somehow, it worked for me.

This Map is Great but rly has some BAD FPS drops when looking on Props like Tabels or Chairs.... 20 fps....

and also spamms the Console with
CMaterial::DrawElements: No bound shader
CMaterial::PrecacheVars: error loading vmt file for models/props_blackmesa/light_lowprofile01_off

over and over..
