Update; V2 - 18.04.2020
General rebalancing of mod, including following changes:
- FUBING: The free experience now only fires once per unit. This means it cannot be abused by declaring on far away civilizations in order to reach high-level promotions quickly.
- GRAND CANAL: Capped the Food bonus at 15%, and 30% in the Capital. Production bonus is now +1 Production per 6 population, instead of 5.
- WEIFU JIANGJUN: Reduced the amount of points towards the unit from constructing relevant buildings by 25% (ie. receive 30% of production cost as points instead of 40%).

Subscribed! I love having more Chinese civs to play with and in my humble opinion the Sui dynasty does not get enough credit due to their being (understandably) overshadowed by the succeeding Tang.

not to mention that at 40 population, the grand canal is functioning as a second Ironworks

assuming 13 cities with 5 farms each and a full suite of military and defensive buildings with a garrisoned unit, you are looking at 204 gpt from the ua and uu alone... much more when you add in markets banks and stock exchange... if played properly, you can easily break 1000gpt with this civ, much more easily than anything in the game...

Also, with 13 cities, your capitol will be making +65% food per turn, so when you are pumping caravans into it, you are looking at capitol growth of 1.65 times any of your opponents, far outstripping montezuma...

and assuming the xp gain toward units is 1 per population, you are looking at instantly promoting 13 xcoms to have the blitz promotion upon declaration of war...

Hmmm. Those colours are oddly pleasing. By uniques, Sui seems to be on the higher scale, strength wise.

Overall, looks rather fun!

Eh, seeing that a GG isn't a 'UU', I'm not so sure. Having a special GP is an ability: see Mongols or Carthage mod.

well, i appreciate the effort that went into this...

it is horribly unbalanced though, and it seems very clear that you do not understand game balance in any genuine sense
