I found the V3 pinescity map in a french youtuber workshop who have is own server, I guess he paid Joufflu to get the map only for his server and hide the map addon in his workshop.
The map have copyright so you can play this map in solo for yourself but prohibited to copy, recreate or use that map for multiplayer server.
Im not responsible for any unrespectful use of this addon, I just said it exist since a while and give the link.
