It SHOULD have a reload animation of which you put in and it shoots a bar firework out which sounds like flare gun's sound and sparkles the while

That's basically a model swap, you have two separate models and the game immediately swaps one in after a certain cue. I'm still toying with the idea, but would have to redo the texture sheet for the unbroken one and the subsequent LODs.

It would kind of make sense if it started off unblown-off (like how thedemoman default bottle starts off unbroken) and then got that appearance. I don't know if that's even doable, but it still looks nice as-is.
