Report a translation problem
For anyone else who can't find it, it is called "Fancy Jukebox" at the wiring station.
It IS possible to change the music, also some wiring functionality, refer to the original mod posting for instructions:

What I do remember, however, was that it added a bunch of music players in the style of the standard issue turntable that played different songs from starbound. I still can't find it!
but the mod must be on the server and on the client
if you want to add music, or even just change the ones I've integrated, just unpack the ".pak" file to go to the ".object" file and edit the "track" lines. Then you have to drag the music files (.odd) into the "sfx / objects" folder.
