Yep, person below is right. Also, if you can't afford any of the half life episodes, then download from {LINK REMOVED} like I did. If the skins still don't work you might need to go into the content packs and delete the zombie files.

Haven't tried it yet but I assume if you don't see it, it means you have to manually change their skin by holding down c and right clicking them.

я думаю, лучше скачать сабрианский мод. Там ещё есть безногие зомбайны, хотя это просто безногий зомби со скином и звуками зомбайна.

В чём смысл аддона? Есть Sabrean's Headcrab Zombie, который добавляет тонны рескинов для всех видов зомби+он отлично работает с Headcrabs Plus.

Отключи все свои аддоны, и оставь только этот, потом перезайди, и посмотри. Может быть какие нибудь аддоны конфликтуют
