Sorry guys I started working and will be quite busy, and since the next DLC is on it's way I prefer to wait for 2.6 before updating my mod. Normally it shall be fully compatible with 2.5 as it didn't change much things.

Mod should be fixed and updated by now. I suspect 2.2.3 being the source of what caused it to don't work anymore.

is this mod bugged currently it keeps saying caint place it because the system isnt survey'd but it is fully survey'd any feedback on how to fix this would be helpfull

BTW, maybe there is sense to try replacing current model of drone station with smaller one? I honestly don't remember, how it's named, and looking through script files didn't help much. I mean, current one looks cool, sure, but a bit overkill size in comparison with even big planets and gas giants.

Great mod. It helps a lot with currently unfriendly RNG, generating worlds with energy, worlds with food, whatever, but NOT damn minerals. Also I always found it a bit absurd to have advanced mining tech (still not advanced as planet cracker mines - BTW, maybe you will allow to build that stations on cracked planets too?) but have to rely on planetary deposits, not almost infinite resources of space.
P.S. Will you allow to make localized version of your mod for Russian language?

Mod has been updated, the ancient mining station can be build for 3250 alloys and 40 influence. the production output is the same 100 minerals as well as the upkeep of 30 energy.

I think there should be an alt way to get it. I think that it should be possible to get the tech if you neighbor an empire that has the tech. That way, the technology can spread throughout the galaxy and AIs will have an easier time getting the tech and making the structure, because they do in fact build this megastructure... a lot.

Hello, I personally don't think it's cost-effective to maintain energy at 30, and he needs 7500 minerals to build it. I think 15 is more reasonable to maintain energy.

you should put a cap of 3 of these per system. I managed to build around 8 in one system (it was one of those asteroid heavy systems) and i became an economic powerhouse really fast because of it

Absolutely love the concept! Was just thinking that it would be awesome to have a mining station that could harvest everything in an asteroid heavy system.

While I love the idea, I do think the implementation is a tap OP. You could build this in a system with a single +2 asteroid in it and get 100 minerals for the cost. The building is also a tad on the cheap side comparative to other mega structures.

I suggest increasing the cost of the structure considerably to offset the production capability or changing it so that the station shows all deposits as mined (Leaves them on the asteroid) and applying as 50-100% increase in mineral production. Makes the station a bit less overpowered, but equally as useful.

Hi very nice mod, really like it. Just one suggestion, add some influence to the construction costs. They are a bit too cheap :D
AI also seems to like them. They build this stations everywhere. :) And Fallen Empires seems to have a few of them from the beginning.

Would it be possible to limit this structure to only "not-so-small" asteroid? Or maybe have its production scale with asteroid size? Maybe have upgrade phases?

I've played around with end game having these stations a little bit and I'd have to say that AI doesn't build these tips favors to players a bit too much. I'm playing with modded AI and they spam vanilla megastructures quite intelligently at end game, and I think they should be able to build these as well.
