But... but... the cloak! Everything is perfect, the helmet, the black-on-white Deutschritter-cross; only the cloak is missing.

PS: I think it looks fine with the fancy helmets, it makes them look very distinct and important. And besides, the longswordsmen would never carry their shields out all the time either haha (and neither would monks bring random libram books) :)

I never liked the original look with the funky cloak but this is so much cooler. They look like they have melee armour instead of weird cloaks. Thanks a ton!

Oh okay, i knew that the horned helmet thing is kind of not a common thing for teutonic knights.

While some Teutonic generals such as Albert von Pranckh did have horned helmets, they did not wear them into battle. The idea that all Teutonic knights have large, pronounced horns on their helmets stems form the 1938 Soviet propaganda movie Alexander Nevsky which linked the Teutons to the Nazis and attempted to paint them in as negative a light as possible.
