Mind if I port them to Gmod?

I figured out how it works now, thanks for the update!

Gemini my friend, what you do is add override materials when you right click the model on the model list, right click it again then go to the model on the element viewer, double click materials, then go to the correct eyelid texture (i.e if your character has freckles then its the alt. ) right click, Add alitribute, string, then type $basetexture . then it will loose the eyelid texture, put in one of the links you see in the description and voila :D
