Report a translation problem
It's some kind of recent Workshop induced fault in Railworks.
It's generally caused by an incomplete download.
If you don't have a multiple installation, you could try unsubscribing, and then deleting the files of the scenarios.
Go to Railworks\Content\routes\00000032-0000-0000-0000-00000000000 (Donner Pass route number) and then head to the scenario folder, look for the most recent folders by sorting them by date, and the look for incomplete folders, delete them.

(I don't like them, as your field of view is as bad as in a steam loco, but it hasn't got any of the flair! ;) )
