I don't have SE installed for some years now, so I can't look into it, sorry. But if it works on SP, then maybe the MP server settings are lowering the thruster output or something?
- Grasshopper now has some more thrusters and 8 atmospheric thrusters (downwards only)
- Grasshopper can now lift ~115 tons on earth. That's about 3 times its own mass.
- minor design changes
maybe its something about sim-speed and keen-servers.
sim-speed has strange effects to speed and such.
anyways, we ended up with building a large grid ship with 4 large atmos (up) to lift the full UCU
thanx for your quick reply
vanilla, standart block size cargo....
on Earth it was already strugeling to lift up the empty UCU, removed ions with atmos, put 4 more large atmos + large reactor on it, still no way to lift up UCU with some cargo, not full.

I didn't use them for a while now, so I can't guarantee that they work without messing with the rest of the thrusters. But last time, I used them, everything worked just fine.
Thank you for your feedback!
Greatly appreciated, and keep up the awesome work!
It should be able to lift a light cargo in 1g (Didn't tried)
I managed to leave earth in vanilla with a nearly full UCU but I had to put lots of ice into the generator before liftoff.
Do you have a feeling how much weight the Grasshopper can handle while leaving Earth like planets?
