Hey, if this mod was made during anywhere in the 2.* era of this game, It'll work, just needing the missing added gigastructures from gigastructural engineering. Also, if possible, could you add a squareworld origin, with only one of the sections returning to the space age, and the others being various levels of pirimitives? if not, thats cool.

I can,t solve overview problem(Due to Gigastructure squareworld habitable section has no model for overview, just empty mesh)

Oh and one more thing I noticed: In the Planets and Sectors overview screen, the sectors are shown as placeholder 'boxes' not as the section like in the outliner.

Hello! Just wanted to give a quick review - nice mod and a potentielly interesting story, you might want to build up on that! :)
And a little bug report: I build the Squareworld in a system that had planets (no habitable), with rings - as the Squareworld was build, the sector went kinda dark/blackish, but the rings were still visible. After finishing the Squareworld, everything was gone/fine. ^^

Tweak squareworld file allows squareworld buildable(But technicaly, repaired squareworld and new squareworld is different structure except generates 8 habitable squareworld sections after it repaired/completed)

I originaly intended building new Squareworld is more difficult than building a Nicoll-Dyson beam(One of gigastructure engineering's epic structure), however, after I made this mod I changed mind(Even with 2 quberines, it is still overpriced)

@BobGrey One segment of new squareworld has 2 qubrine(squareworld's special resource), 2 habitable 25 tile squareworld habitat which has special modifier(increases happiness and all research) that means, it must cost more than half ringworld(Of course, 350K minerals is still non-sense)

Ah, nevermind. I figured it out! Each side can be completed into 2 25tile sections, giving 8 sections total! This is double a normal completed Ringworld, so the costs of Squareworlds should be roughly double. Influence shouldn't change much between the two, but minerals should be doubled, energy at about 150-175% of Ringworlds, and maintenance at about 175-200%.

If I understand correctly, a fully completed "Squareworld is 2 25tile planets? This is half of a completed Ringworld. With this, I suggest making the total costs about half of a Ringworld. It can be somewhat different due to different building mechanics of the different structures, but in terms of balance, it makes more sense to me.

@audwjd0000 You can put the squareworld in the gallery, just not in the thumbnail. And you can remove the spoiler tags. I just didn't want the thumbnail/title to be spoilery, the rest is fine.
