Love the mod. IMO the melee skill bonus is fine, but the morale bonus is a little strong.
I think a good change, if your open to it, is to take away a portion of the morale and melee bonus and add it to charge bonus instead. Also idk if this is possible to mod, but a cool touch would to increase stamina as experience increases

i have made a submod that reverts the veteran exp costs back to the normal amount, but currently im not quite sure how to remove the xp loss

im not sure how the xp loss is like with the replenishment

It's not unbalanced if it applies to all factions, I would like to see a better veterans mod without increased xp required for levels. also would you be able to implement something that gets rid of the XP attrition from unit replacements? and then maybe higher xp requirements for levels would be worth it.

How is the xp loss with replenishment in comparrison to the base game?
