ColaBotels, I couldn't find any reason why this sound effect isn't working correctly, so I turned him off for now.

Hi, been enjoying the mod here, but there seems to be a sound glitch with the Mulcher. It doesn't stop the spin-up sound when you stop firing or reload. Switching weapons makes it stop until you fire it again.
