The previous Twin Mill has some magic that when removed the both entired engine, save and exit, enter the save, and one engine appear, and it didn't take any parts from the inventory.

so that mean, everyone will use it to make lot of MONEY! from selling car parts.

Thanx but this is not a mod, it's a livery. that's why it's in a different classification
