@Zalebird Hi, thanks for the heads up. Updated and tested for 1.6.
Zalebird 5 Jul @ 6:34am
Hello will this be updated to 1.6?
Ethereal  [author] 20 Jun, 2024 @ 2:35pm
@Headless Rainbow This was discussed before, but ruled out.
Crimson Prose 17 May, 2024 @ 7:02am
Thanks is a great mod, though it'd be cool if there was an option to use it on animals.
CMTD 17 Apr, 2024 @ 11:21pm
I reinstalled it today and found it working fine, thanks for making a great mod, I'll put it to good use!
Ethereal  [author] 17 Apr, 2024 @ 4:10pm
@CMTD probably the mod was disabled since i only updated it yesterday. If its enabled and does not show, check the requirement. I tested it yesterday and seemed to be working fine.
CMTD 16 Apr, 2024 @ 7:16am
(I wrote this using a translator).
With the 1.5 version up, I don't see Rejuvenate Surgery in the surgery plan, I checked the Rejuvenate Surgery mode folder and didn't see anything except the About folder, could it be my problem?
Ethereal  [author] 15 Apr, 2024 @ 2:15pm
Added compability tag for 1.5. No changes in the mod itself.
Feynman 20 Nov, 2023 @ 1:28pm
All good, I just expected it would automatically include a reversal of age-related health issues.

Thanks for the mod!
It feels like the ultimate endgame reward in-process for the pawns and a big fuck you to time itself, I love it.
Ethereal  [author] 18 Nov, 2023 @ 10:25am
@descendent Healer Mech Serum is the solution for Frail and other secondary conditions. This mod is very simple and does not even try to address secondary conditions.
Feynman 18 Nov, 2023 @ 9:56am
Still works very well. I'd very much like it to heal the "Frail"-modifier of successfully treated pawns in the next update.

kool
Ethereal  [author] 12 Jan, 2023 @ 3:41am
@Knight The 10 years age difference is from base game. This mod is not directly related. Also this mod has no settings at all.
The Knight who says N'wah 7 Jan, 2023 @ 7:30am
any plans for a mod setting where i can set it for more than 10 years?
The Knight who says N'wah 6 Jan, 2023 @ 11:49pm
ok thnx
Ethereal  [author] 6 Jan, 2023 @ 1:22pm
@The Knight who says N'wah Yes
(BAC) I R NOOB 6 Jan, 2023 @ 7:00am
Never mind, it had to do with the "assigned" med level. Didn't have glitterworld meds selected.
(BAC) I R NOOB 6 Jan, 2023 @ 1:15am
I got a bug that that says I don't have glitterworld meds even though I have about 20 of them right beside the patient.
Doesn't seem to matter where I place it in the mod order.
Any ideas?
The Knight who says N'wah 4 Jan, 2023 @ 8:49pm
can this be used in an existing save?
Ethereal  [author] 26 Nov, 2022 @ 3:52am
@poe sorry. as dicussed before, only colonists and its not trivial to change.
poe 25 Nov, 2022 @ 3:29am
Oh, plz , my baby puppy need that surgery too ~ i dont want to lose him q_q
Ethereal  [author] 14 Nov, 2022 @ 8:05am
@chas-E yes, this mod only changes the age. Indirect age related conditions are unchanged.
CallitChange 14 Nov, 2022 @ 1:52am
So I found that even with this surgery, a colonist still can't have their ovum extracted if they previously became sterile
Tam 23 Oct, 2022 @ 3:46am
Thank you for an update! <3
Proxyer 22 Oct, 2022 @ 11:50am
Yes! Yes! Eternal life continues!
Thank you for update.
Ethereal  [author] 22 Oct, 2022 @ 5:57am
@AbsynthMinded Updated for 1.4. Thanks for the heads up.
AbsynthMinded 21 Oct, 2022 @ 6:37pm
1.4 coming?
Tam 13 Aug, 2022 @ 10:48am
Thanks a lot for you awesome mod, could not stand biosculptor waste of time.
Ethereal  [author] 12 Jun, 2022 @ 4:33pm
@Caz Should work. Only does not work on animals.
Caz 11 Jun, 2022 @ 8:06pm
Apologies if this has already been answered. Will this work with modded races (Vulpes or Elves, for example)?
Solus0001 6 Jan, 2022 @ 2:26pm
Severely underrated mod. I've been using this for at least a year or more. So much so that I can't stand not to have it. Well done!
BattleGrown 2 Dec, 2021 @ 11:00am
Hey OceanKitty,a side note, I think your mod synergies greatly with Transhumanism ideology. I'm not 100% sure but I think I observed that pawns that were rejuvenated don't require yearly age reversal therapy in biosculpter pod, which is logical.
OceanKitty 27 Oct, 2021 @ 5:16pm
I see. Thank you for answering my question! :Refrain_Heart:
Ethereal  [author] 27 Oct, 2021 @ 4:09pm
@OceanKitty The mod only changes the age value, nothing else. The core game itself AFAIK does not have any mechanics associated with age ever dropping BELOW a threshold. So you could reduce the age all the way to 1 year old and the pawn would keep all existing traits.
OceanKitty 27 Oct, 2021 @ 7:56am
I have a question, if the pawn is let's say 33, but you have done the surgery enough to cause the pawn to get under the age of 20, which if I recall the game considers a pawn an adult at age 20+, does that interfere with whatever adulthood perk that all adults have some sort of?
Ethereal  [author] 22 Aug, 2021 @ 3:36am
@-shhfiftyfive This mod does not remove any estabilished health issues. Most can be treated separately with other surgeries/transplants. I recomend keeping the pawns below age 34 because of the Birthday event that may occur above 35 and "gifts" a health issue.
-shhfiftyfive 21 Aug, 2021 @ 8:25am
does this mod reverse / remove "old person" health issues just by having this rejuvenation?

like a 49 year old man gets frail, a bad back, or some sort of old person specific health issue..
then this procedure turns him 44 or something, even if i repeat the procedure and eventually make him 25... will he still have a frail / bad back / etc? or does it magically vanish?
Pirate of AE 21 Jul, 2021 @ 3:22am
cheers
Ethereal  [author] 20 Jul, 2021 @ 4:00pm
@Pirate of AE : Thanks for the heads up. Updated and tested for 1.3.
Pirate of AE 20 Jul, 2021 @ 10:11am
heres to hoping 1.3 comes
Ethereal  [author] 28 Feb, 2021 @ 7:08pm
@WillowTheWisp This was considered before, its possible but requires some xml parsing and understanding to find the correct files. But there are two reasons why not. First because i wanted to keep the mod very simple and easy to mantain. The source code is available both in the mod directory and in github if anyone wants to take it a step further. Second due to lore reasons, since even for Humans it was already pushing the envelope of what should be possible without core world hospital medical equipment.
WillowTheWisp 28 Feb, 2021 @ 12:00pm
Thanks for making this! out of curiosity, how difficult would it be to extend this surgery to animals? There have been some instances (especially with very valuable, long lived animals), that I've wanted to be able to extend it to them too.
MikeJF 8 Feb, 2021 @ 10:12pm
Thanks!
Ethereal  [author] 8 Feb, 2021 @ 1:30pm
@MikeJF should not cause any issue, since it only provides a new action.
MikeJF 7 Feb, 2021 @ 10:06pm
If this mod is removed from an existing save that uses it will that cause an issue?
Ethereal  [author] 27 Jan, 2021 @ 1:19pm
@bisonsafetuna It should. I remember rejuvenating prisioners but im not sure if they were imprisioned colonists or captured raiders.
bisonsafetuna 27 Jan, 2021 @ 12:50pm
Seems to not work on prisoners.
French Baguette- 11 Jan, 2021 @ 10:28am
its says that i do not have the material to perform the surgery even tho i have glitterworld medcine and also changed the settings to allow it as well
Anarky 20 Aug, 2020 @ 7:10pm
Much appreciated for this mod and the number change.
not_a_wizard1721 20 Aug, 2020 @ 2:55pm
@Ethereal thank you! (for both mod and update)
