is there a version with the national levels re-enabled? it was a staple in my games

I have two suggestions:

1- Add a neutral political advisor;
2- Program the AI to choose the effects that increase manpower when it is running out of manpower

Hi. I founded a problem with your mod. The game was crashing because there is a file called ".DS_Store" in your mod, causing incompatibility with windows.

Master of propaganda is exceptionally strong, that alone makes this mod not that appealing. If you could nerf him and some of the other options in that idea slot that'd be great, I do love the other aspects of this mod.
