I just made a DK and it looks pretty fun! You've got some great stuff in there!
Place the Dragon Knight @ the top of your load order list. You have another mod overwriting mine.I just played for 3 hours on my Dragon Knight, and it Dual Wields just fine.
Here is a link with instructions on how to do it>> http://www.cheatcc.com/pc/torchlight2cheatscodes.html
PS.. I know its an inconvenience but unfortunately there was no way around this, as I had to rework the DK's entire Skill structure to make it compatible with my other classes, and other peoples custom mods + the vanilla classes.
Oh Nairoda, dont worry, I read your comment and am planning a ranged character as well, like your asking about. My last statement was for Sir Apophis, not you, and even still wasnt meant as taking what he said as criticism. Everyone is different and not everyone will appreciate the Dragon Knight for what it is. Thanks for the comment and glad your enjoying the mod.
While I understand completely what you are saying, about having a more specific roled character, (i.e Damage, Healing, Stealth, Tank etc etc.) Torchlight does not play well with those stereotypes as there are far too many mobs, and too much full on group attacks (especially when using the Synergies Mod) for those singular characters to be effective. The Dragon Knight is in effect a single character with all aspects of a group of adventurers "On Purpose", because that is his purpose. To be a "BAD ASS". To take on huge amounts of enemies ( with varying abilities) and come out on top, alive and ready for the next fight. The good news is this, the Dragon Knight does have weaknesses, can be killed if he gets in over his head like any other character, his self heals are time limited, not instant whenever you want, and his tanking skills do have there limits. But alot of people seem to be enjoying it so far. Play it if you like it, don't play it if you don't.
