Anyone that wants to take over this, with modding knowledge, feel free to - I haven't ever been contacted by rshingeton for this reupload. No clue where they went all those years ago, but it hasn't been an issue.

Because this mod isn't mine, of course, this isn't giving you full rights to reupload - just the same rights that I had when I reuploaded it. If RS ever comes back and asks me / others to take down this mod of his, then we have to comply ofc

This was the mod I was looking for. I used to use it all the time, it's a shame it's been abandoned. I'll add that to my list of things to do.

and you can use the "locks" mod instead and use "doors expanded" for the door i use both and it works great

well still its a good idea to update the mod for simplistics and removing the hassle from assigning doors to people

Prison Labor and Locks can mimic the same results. I don't think designating any room without a bed has any effect apart from the actual label of the room. You can use the "restrict to prisoners"- zone from Prison Labor to exlude your own pawns from getting too chummy with them, and Locks to give them access to other rooms/outside.
(remember to put your prisoners on "forced to work / work and recruit)

If you really would love to mark it of as a prison cell, you can probably mod in a retextured bed that pawn can'y sleep in (dunno how to) to give you the hospital/prisoner option.

So, is the camera the only means of designating a room as being part of the prison or do doors they can walk through count as well? I want to know if this helps with a tribal playthrough.

I have come across some bugs. First, tamed animals cannot go through cell doors, Which can be somewhat game-breaking. Second is that my colonists/tribals can get the "Decent Prison Cell" mood buff the same way their bedrooms do.

I just want to let you know, that I've found your mod to be the culprate of bonus moodlets to colonists about how prison cells appear ('My prison cell seems awful/good') as well as prisoners being upset about their rooms and prison cells. IE: Prisoners will have two separate moodlets relating a prison cell and a room.

so one of my pawns ended up getting engaged to a prisoner. and its a tough prisoner to recruit. ._. now they BOTH got that debuff for not sharing a room
