If you have parklife DLC you can place them anywhere inside of a park region.. otherwise you do need roads.

sorry this is just a very simple hacky way to get spawns to work.

now if you have the Move-it! mod.. you can place the spawner by a road, then move it to where you want it to stay.

I love this spawn points. Thank you. But I can't place them in parks, because they require normal streets. Can you please make this for parks?
