It still won't work, no matter what you do. Because it's not "idiot proofed" yet, meaning people with terrible internet connection won't be able to use it properly. The reason why it's like that is because at one point, file size limit to upload was really tiny so they had to be split into 3 parts. You'll have to wait until I re-gain the patience to do a bunch of re-coding and re-directing texture files. The most notable one that does that the most is the Hyundai Tiburon.

Cuz either some addons refuse to update (which is a rare case that some people have for some reason) or the addon is in queue of your 100 million addons and it doesn't fully download which causes the missing textures or even models (most likely this is the case). There's nothing I can do about it, because only patience can fix it or if it's the rare case of addons not updating, then there's absolutely no fix for that.

Simfphys and then TF:RE. It should be there unless you don't have the required items. Yeah that was my fault, I didn't put simfphys base as a requirement.
