You can add specific content to it, not the entire thing.

nope, because the CSS content is more than 700mb, the most maps need the content so :p

You did not read correctly, I said it's possible to have a map COME WITH THE CONTENT REQUIRED.

You really need to Put Better Images and Change the name to TTT_TheMatrix or something more eye catching this map is way too good to be on zero servers
